Rosanna Scarpati is a Fintech and Fixed Income Sales and Product Management Leader with over 20 years of success in the banking and electronic brokerage industry at firms that include Tradeweb, J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and TP ICAP. She earned her M.B.A from New York University Stern School of Business and is an INROADS alumnae. Rosanna is a Certified Health Coach earning a certification from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and a Certified Holistic Life and Executive Coach earning a certification from Goal Imagery International Institute.
A current resident of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and an Inroads alum, Ariel Solomon started her career in finance before finding her way to tech. She initially worked as a financial analyst at JP Morgan, partnering with financial leaders to evaluate and report on the performance and efficacy of various financial products. She then transitioned to a leadership role at the largest hedge fund in the world, Bridgewater Associates, where she worked with engineers and investment associates to systemize investment-related decision making. As a manager of research teams, Ariel led some of the highest performing groups that executed on cutting edge investment ideas. It was during her time at Bridgewater that she realized her love and appreciation for technology. She transitioned into the tech field shortly thereafter- first as a leader at a Tech Social Enterprise focused on providing access to tech roles for underrepresented minorities, and then as a leader at Tesla where she transitioned through several business-transforming roles. Prior to starting her own consulting business, Ariel led the growth of Tesla's EMEA Sales organization where she introduced the Model Y to the European market and achieved quarter over quarter record-breaking sales volume. She is the inaugural winner of Tesla’s LDP “Multiplier of the Quarter” award, awarded to those who see, use, and enhance the intelligence of others. As chief financial and operating officer at the National Geographic Society, Darien Wright is a strategic partner to the CEO, senior leadership team and board to advance the Society’s mission. He leads the organization’s financial and operational functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury and risk management. Darien also oversees the Society leaders responsible for its endowment and investment portfolio, which help fund the organization’s critical work, as well as the technology solutions and Base Camp experiences that further the Society’s mission. Before joining the National Geographic Society, Darien drove the strategic growth of a Brookfield Asset Management-owned portfolio company from its inception to a $1.5 billion successful exit, was an executive with Marriott International for nearly 12 years in leadership positions across financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, and development asset management, and built an operations finance team at Sprint Nextel Corporation which delivered business models to evaluate growth initiatives and measured the effectiveness of marketing spend and sponsorships. Originally from New York, Darien currently sits on the National Board of Directors for NAMI, the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization, where he serves on the Finance and Audit Committee. Xavier Scott, had the pleasure of joining INROADS in 2022 during his junior year of college. One year after joining INROADS, he completed his first internship at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago in the IT department during the summer of 2023 as an Enterprise Solutions and Support Intern. Since completing his INROADS internship, he graduated from Kennesaw State University with my BBA in Information Systems. He is currently a Software Implementation Consultant at Manhattan Associates based in Atlanta, GA. He launched his career at JP Morgan Chase & Co. through the Launching Leaders program, where he gained valuable experience as a Chase CLDP Intern. At American Express, he excelled as a product manager in the consumer rewards card sector. Currently, Darius applies his expertise in hospitality, focusing on Loyalty Strategy at Marriott International. In addition to his corporate career, Darius founded Hockaday & Company, a consulting firm dedicated to empowering aspiring entrepreneurs and fostering small business development. Mrs. Fitzgerald currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at UnitedHealth Group. She is a globally recognized business executive and a leading voice on diversity as a strategic business advantage. Her insights have been featured in Harvard Business Review, Fortune Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Black Enterprise, and more. Joy has also authored three influential books, including 'The Journey to Joy: 5 Generations Share Stories Every Woman Needs to Hear' and 'Finding Authentic Rhythm.'
Forest is the President and CEO of INRAODS and has brought with him years of experience as a business executive. Additionally, he serves on numerous Advisory Boards and has positively impacted various communities and businesses. He was the recipience of the Men of Influence award and is a member of the Atlanta Business Roundtable and the Forbes Nonprofit Council.
Bev Porter is the Chief Programs Officer at INROADS, responsible for leading and overseeing a comprehensive array of services and programs designed to improve educational and career outcomes for students and entry to mid-level professionals across the nation. Bev Porter has over 25 years of experience as an accomplished transformational leader with demonstrated mastery in building and leading teams to do the unimaginable. Prior to joining INROADS as the Chief Programs Officer, Bev served as the Director of the Graduate Career Center at NC State University, Poole College of Management. Bev is guided by four principles: laugh a lot, make a difference, have no regrets, and be content in whatever state she is in. Bev earned a B.A. in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University and a Master of Education in Counseling from North Carolina State University. She is certified as a life coach, marriage coach, executive coach, emotional intelligence coach, and Leadership Coach for Organizational Performance from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Program and in pursuit of her ICF Associate Certified Coach credential.
Yvonne McKinnon is a servant leader who thrives on training and developing people as well as enhancing the user experience through process improvements and collaboration. With 20+ years of training experience, Yvonne prides herself on active listening to understand the perspectives of those she communicates with which allows her to provide exceptional customer service. Yvonne holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a graduate degree in Leadership from Duquesne University. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, she started her career working for the criminal courts and transitioned into higher education after relocating. For the past year, she has worked as the National Director of Learning and Development for INROADS.

Naysha Conway-Hart supports and strengthens relationships with the business, community partners and industry leaders to address workforce needs and build family sustaining career opportunities for underrepresented and underserved individuals. Naysha previously worked in the nonprofit space serving youth with disabilities for over seventeen years with a strong focus on partnership development and expansion throughout the Maryland region. Most recently, she spearheaded many initiatives to improve outcomes for Maryland’s public-school students with disabilities through youth internships in Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties. Naysha graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Outside of Constellation’s DEI and Workforce Development team. Naysha is a board member for Howard County Government’s Commission for Transitioning Students with Disabilities. She is a mother, a wife, and an only child. She stands on business going above standards and making a major impact on all the individuals we serve.
