More than 900 INROADS interns from across the country gather during the virtual INROADS National Conference, designed to unlock their full leadership potential. The INROADS National Conference is a signature experience for INROADS interns hosted each year, and returning interns may recognize this event as the Leadership Development Institute, the Learning Summit, or National Training Days. During the INROADS National Conference, students experience interactive leadership development workshops, and networking opportunities, and hear from corporate leaders and INROADS Alumni who will share their knowledge and wisdom. Students learn best practices for their career journey and practical tips on how to step up as leaders on campus and eventually in their careers. The INROADS National Conference goal is to help students grow on a personal level, drive change as leaders, and make a difference locally and globally. Workshop topics include: The Leader Within, Community Leadership, Leading at Work, and the Ready-for-Hire Bootcamp for graduating seniors.
