The INROADS National Conference is a signature leadership and professional development experience exclusive to INROADS interns. During the INROADS National Conference, students experience interactive workshops, and networking opportunities, and hear from corporate leaders and INROADS Alumni. Students learn best practices for their career journey and practical tips on how to step up as leaders on campus and eventually in their careers.

Check out the intern-led Network Lounge where you will find your colleagues getting to know each other while discussing hot topics. Click the Lounge tab, then click the topic you'd like to explore. Lounge hosts and topics are listed here.

Take a photo at the photo booth. When you receive your photo via email, follow the instructions to post on social media. Click on Social Wall to see everyone's posts.

Attend this session to learn about exciting and rewarding career opportunities in fields such as engineering, technology, project management, cybersecurity, and more.  

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION: By attending this breakout, individuals can discover the significant conservation and restoration initiatives undertaken by CRK. This insight can inspire attendees concerned about the environment to consider careers that protect the planet.

The Networking Lounges are Intern Only spaces where you can casually hang out and connect with INROADS interns from across the nation. The lounges are being designed to reflect your interests. We are looking for interns to create lounges based on majors, career interests, Greek-letter affiliation, geography, and companies. If you’re interested in creating a lounge based on one of these areas, email us at Learning@INROADS.org.
The Exhibit Hall is where you can find our sponsoring companies. A few times during the conference will be designated for you to visit the Exhibit Hall to find out more about these companies, including career opportunities.
